3 Months

 3 MONTHS OLD!

Wow. I'm certain with the second one these days go by a heck of a lot faster than they did with the first. Taylor has become a natural part of our family and really has started showing off his personality. He has a sweet nature and LOVES to smile and coo at you. He seems to be pretty laid back and content, unless he is tired. Its nice that we have figured out his cries more and know what each one should mean.

We've been working more on tummy time as he is a champ at holding his head up in a sitting position. This was an action shot from the other day.

The other morning all three boys got dressed separately of each other. And they all dressed in yellow and blue. We couldn't get Matthew to sit still for a picture.
Many people, including me, say that Taylor favors David. Pretty good looking guys if you ask me.

Matthew continues to be smitten over his little brother. He wants him to do everything with him and always makes room for him when we snuggle in bed. Today Matthew said this was the "boy side" and the other side of the bed was the "girl side".

He is a joy and rolls with the punches pretty well. He is eating well and interestingly enough I have gone back to nursing him this month. Before I was pumping only and we were giving him bottles. For various reasons I tried nursing him and it was much faster and seemed easier for me. With having to pump I would have to feed Taylor, then be pumping, and that was a lot of time to not be with Matthew and also to not have a hand available for Matthew. This seems easier right now so we're going with it.

He sleeps from 9pm-6:30am and always wakes up with a smile. I'll usually go in there and say good morning and he starts grinning and kicking up a storm.

We are happy at this house and feeling the normalcy of being a family of four. Taylor completed us and made us better, which says a lot since we thought we won the lottery with Matthew.

Taylor, your smile melts my heart and you have taken the remaining parts of my heart and captured them for your own. May God bless you for how you have brightened this family.
