Family Birthday Celebration-October 27th

Wednesday, October 27th, was Matthew's actual birthday. David had a tradition in his family that we carried on to Matthew. He said on their birthday they would always wake up with a small present in their bed for them.

On Wednesday, the 27th--Matthew's actual birthday, we took him to Chuckie Cheese pizza. We've now named that place "Vegas for Kids" because of all the lights, music, and dinging. Gran and Papa came with us and they enjoyed the celebration as well. It was fun to do something that was new for Matthew on his birthday.

Part of his present was a tunnel and he loved climbing through it the next day.

And Matthew (legs on the left) and David (legs on the right) enjoyed having "guy talk" in the tunnel. 

Happy Birthday Son!  You are one year old and it has been a great year. You have grown into a fun loving kid who is definately worth all the celebration. Cheers to another happy year.
