We've Jumped into the 20th Century

Well, we've officially made the jump into the 20th Century as we have now initiated this blog. I've been encouraged by some friends to start doing this mainly because of the ease of updating everyone on Matthew's progress. And I'm sure when he arrives, this will be a great place to share pictures and stories of how amazing, handsome and cute he is. Plus, we'll let you know how David and I are doing and share with you updates about us as well.

All that being said, I will try to committ to you consistent posts letting you know what's going on. So check in often.

As far as what is going on currently, we have a doctors appointment today at 5:45pm with Dr. Dunn to check on how Matthew is doing. This is our last appointment with the other doctors and in 2 weeks we will be back with our doctor, Dr. Patterson until Matthew comes. We are 32 weeks tomorrow and wish it was closer!! We have been blessed by two showers the past two weekends and have been overwhelmed with everyone's generosity. Matthew's nursery is pretty much done, just some organizing of stuff that needs to be done, so come by and check it out when you get the chance. All I know is that I think he may come out of the womb chanting "Here We Go Cowboys, Here We Go!!"

David is working hard at work right now as they have a big deadline for tax stuff on 9/15. After that it should be calm at his work in order to get ready for Matthew coming around 10/29.

I am still working and plan to continue to as long as I can, no reason to think that shouldn't be up to the due date. I've been blessed with still being able to be active and energized for the most part throughout this pregnancy.

Well, I guess that's all I got for now, but will update everyone after our doctors appointment, hopefully it will be a quick "you're doing great" report.

Thanks for the chance to experience this new technology...bear with us!!

Love you all,
Pam, David, and Matthew

This is pretty cool! Very advanced technology but one that future grandparents need to learn about. So much for the days of paper scrapbooks and pictures!!!
