Lions, and Tigers and Bears...Oh Yea!

This past Friday the weather was AMAZING so I decided to take Matthew to the zoo that morning. Every single animal was out and about so it was alot of fun. He walked everywhere and only had me hold him a couple of times (I counted that as my upper body workout for the day).

He is much more verbal this trip and could name all the animals and sounds. He also let me know which ones he wanted to go back and see again before we left. He also had to tell all the animals "Bye, Bye" when we left. Good times together with my boy...I'll never forget these moments.

Getting a snooze...when we left Matthew said "Bye, bye kitty cat". Son, that is a little bigger than a kitty cat.

These aquariums are so mesmerizing. I think I was caught up watching the fish as well. 

On our way there I asked him what he wanted to see and the first thing was...snakes!! Really?!!? Like any good mother I took him to see them in record setting time...couple of seconds maybe.
